The music 🎵🎶 is pawsome 🐾😺👍. And the background is inspiring 😺👍. A big like 👍 from Vantaa, Finland 🇫🇮.
Beautiful again 🌅
@@jlc7841 thank you so much. It means a lot. 🥲 😊
Great tune. Has it all. Love C64 music, not just the sounds, the way it sounds, melodies etc. 😎
Can I somehow buy it? Or could you, please, send me without drums 🥹 ? I like it :)
Given the immense and unexpected popularity of this track, I’m going to put it on my Bandcamp page. I’ll give you the link when it’s up. :)
It’s now available from my Bandcamp page. The direct link is here: astr0boy.bandcamp.com/album/to-drown-in-a-sea-of-you Enjoy!
The music tracks 🎵🎶 in your channel are so awesome, you deserve a new subscriber from Vantaa, Finland 🇫🇮 😺👍. Also, i play the old retro games - mostly on the Commodore 64 and Amiga 500 😺👍🕹️. Thank you 😸😺👍.
Sounds just like my sort of thing. I’ll check out your channel as well! 😊
reminds me of silent hill for some reason- it also makes me really sad, but maybe that's just me being me
It’s always interesting learning other people’s personal interpretations of your work. 😊
No, no, I totally get you. I think it's the track accompanied by the slowly expanding photo. It feels like something wistful and melancholy that game devs would put over a deceased character's flashback.
He died. Noooo. So sad.
the picture is unsettling but I like the sound
great tune of one of the best composers ever like all members of MON (drax, Laxity, charles deenen etc) and Vibrants ,,,,
You drowned the sea of my ears with glory
Thank you. This track in particular has proved to be unexpectedly popular! 😊
I welcome that.
This is going to the top of my playlist.
Great track - very Detroit in feeling.
Detroit by way of Mille Plateaux. ;)

Happy Birthday, Jeroen Tel! :)
i suggest you stay still in one of the squares in the grove and see what happens
🤩
Even back in the original game, the music went hard!
Harry Mack is the only other dude I've heard be this improvisational. Big love, that was amazing.
When my friends don't know what kind of music im listining to it Its those kind of retro games music chiptunes
Great game
This was used in the Mega Drive port of PVZ.
The SID Chip is the most influential chip ever created, period. No discussion.
Absolutely. That being said, many revisionists in the present day will have you believe that the SID is inferior to clearly less powerful 8-bit audio chips of its era because it “only” has 3 channels. To some, it would seem that channels are the be all and end all and not what the audio hardware is capable of producing.
Although Rob thinks that this is his worst track, it's my personal epic favorite. The Filters are not correct here.
Still here ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Lol
"promo sm" 🍀
this music goes hard
Chaotic and beautiful 🤩
Thank you. And yes, I deliberately wanted to do something a bit off kilter with this one. :)
This is lovely!
Thank you! ☺️
Perfect... ❤❤❤
Thanks for playing my game! Glad you enjoyed it. The levels are generated at runtime, though :)
THanks for dropping by and for clarifying that point. I guess I never really noticed as I was playing along. :)
Great game! Fyi, you have pico-9 in the title. I did a double take 😅
Oops. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I'll edit this now!
MoN feelings... The high score music was great too.
More heart and soul than most OSTs today by a country mile. Well done.
First song in 2024 that made me feel happy. What a master piece
Excellent
Can remember loading this game one day only to find out my sid iI chip had blown after being met with silence where the music started! What a bummer that was, thankfully the repair shop replaced the chip in quick order & I was back gaming again.
Great
Wait why does this go so hard
Cybernoid 2 sounds wrong
I-Ball!!!
At 5:06 I get the shivers, everytime...
That first bar on Neanderthal Man.... wtf! How does someone come up with such a perfect flow??? He said Neanderthal Man and within 10 seconds that Picasso came out.
That guitar sound 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you for playing NEST 2! It means a lot to me. :) (and sorry for only finding your vid now, lol)
Better late than never! ;)
how can tell music is good? Either you listen to something you haven'd heard in a long time and it just rocks! Or... it gets better each time you hear it. Jeroen Tell tunes.
Great tune, thanks for share this gem, reminds me on the music from "Life is Strange" series 😍😍
This song illustrates perfectly a principle of early games: the sound had to tell a story. In particular, the music had to carry the emotional weight of the entire game. Every great classic game has one thing in common: outstanding music. Even a mediocre game could be elevated by a good score.
